Woosuk Chun has a diverse and impressive work experience. In their most recent position as Outreach Director for UNICEF Canada, they are responsible for leading the UNICEF UofT Student Chapter. Prior to that, Woosuk worked as the Academic Director and PCJS Conference Director at the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. They also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto and as the Chief Public Relations Director at VISK. Woosuk has demonstrated their passion for public policy through their role as a Publications Associate for the University of Toronto Policython, where they created research topics, themes for policy briefs, proofread and fact-checked research papers, and led projects to completion. Additionally, Woosuk served as a Vic One Mentor at the University of Toronto - Victoria University, where they monitored student wellness and inspired academic goals. As an English Tutor at Lagunita Education, they set individual goals for students and monitored their progress, resulting in significant improvements in English SAT scores. Finally, Woosuk gained internship experience at JP Weber.
Woosuk Chun is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto from 2021 to 2025. They are double majoring in Peace, Conflict, and Justice as well as Political Science. Before attending the University of Toronto, Woosuk completed the International Baccalaureate program from 2019 to 2021. They also attended the British International School of Cracow from 2016 to 2021, where they completed the International Baccalaureate. Woosuk Chun obtained the International Baccalaureate Diploma in July 2021.
