Greta Bettaccini

Greta Bettaccini is an experienced HR professional currently serving in dual roles at Eni since July 2023, focusing on HR Management & Development within Energy Evolution Operating Activities and coordination for Transversal Units. In addition, Greta has been a delegate for Younicef, the under 30 volunteer group of UNICEF Italia, since September 2016, acting as a spokesperson and engaging in social media strategy, children's rights promotion, and group facilitation. Previous roles include Human Resources Specialist at DUNE Tech Companies and HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reply. Greta holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and has participated in various educational programs, including project management through Erasmus+ at SNSPA and global marketing at Fondazione Italia USA.
