Gilly Pinkham has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Gilly began their career at Chamberlain Music as a Sales Advisor and Printed Music Specialist from 2002 to 2005. Gilly then moved on to Oxford University Press, where they worked as a Sales Representative from 2006 to 2007, an Export Sales Executive from 2007 to 2010, and an International Account Manager from 2010 to 2011.

After their time at Oxford University Press, Pinkham joined ABRSM as a Sales and Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2015. Gilly was then promoted to the position of Head of Sales and Marketing, where they led a team through a period of uncertainty and change. Gilly successfully delivered the business's budget and managed the marketing budget.

In 2016, Pinkham joined UNICEF UK as a DM Manager - Retention. Gilly strategically developed UNICEF UK's retention program and achieved organizational supporter retention KPIs. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Supporter Retention, leading the development of supporter retention strategies and managing a team.

Currently, Pinkham is the Head of Loyalty at UNICEF UK. Gilly'sresponsibilities include leading the loyalty strategy development, delivering best-in-class supporter experiences, and overseeing marketing campaigns to exceed income and expenditure budgets. Pinkham also utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud to transform delivery team processes.

Gilly Pinkham has a diverse educational background. Gilly first obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Person-Centred Counselling from the Metanoia Institute, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their passion for music at the Royal Holloway, University of London, and graduated with a BMus (Hons) degree from 2003 to 2006. More recently, in 2023, Gilly completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson, focusing on Brand Management. Gilly also holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing (Distinction) from the Shaw Academy, which they obtained in June 2014.
