Lucie Sitch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Lucie started their career at FITCH as a Client Coordinator from April 2010 to July 2011. Following this, they worked at NSPCC in various fundraising-related positions, including Fundraising Assistant from July 2011 to November 2012, Fundraising Information and Research Officer from November 2012 to November 2013, and Prospect Research Officer from November 2013 to November 2015. From November 2015 to December 2016, Lucie worked as a Prospect Research Executive (maternity cover) at Save the Children UK.
In January 2017, Lucie took a sabbatical to travel around South East Asia, which further increased their passion for the environment and sustainability. After returning, they joined the Natural History Museum as a Prospect Researcher on an interim contract from March 2018 to April 2018. Simultaneously, they worked at Teach First as a Prospect Research & Insights Officer from April 2018 to August 2019.
Lucie then returned to UNICEF UK, where they held multiple roles. Lucie first served as a Risk & Research Manager (maternity cover) from August 2019 to August 2020, followed by an interim role as a Prospect Research Manager from August 2020 to November 2020. In March 2021, they transitioned into their current position as a Prospect Research Manager. Lucie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in prospect research, insights, and fundraising within the charity sector.
Lucie Sitch has completed a BA (Hons) degree in English Language & Linguistics and English Studies from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to that, they attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College where they studied A Levels in English Language, English Literature, and History.
