Sabrina Droom has a diverse work experience in various senior leadership roles and strategic planning positions. Sabrina began their career at Datamonitor as a Market Research Analyst in 2001. Sabrina then moved on to Shelter UK where they worked as a Database Marketing Assistant, responsible for monitoring and evaluating direct marketing campaigns. In 2007, Sabrina joined NSPCC as a Senior Donor Analyst and later became the Donor Insight & Analysis Manager, leading a team of three. Sabrina then transitioned to UNICEF UK, where they held multiple roles including Analysis Manager, Fundraising Strategist, and Strategist, working closely with senior leadership teams and developing strategic plans. Sabrina also served as the Head of Planning & Performance (Acting) and Head of Strategic Planning. Currently, they are the Interim Director of Strategy at UNICEF UK, leading the Strategy function and enabling strategic thinking and planning across the organization to deliver maximum impact for children.

Sabrina Droom began their education by studying International Management with American Business Studies at The University of Manchester from 1996 to 2000, earning a BSc degree in the field. In 1998, they transferred to the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst for a year as part of their degree program. After completing their formal education, Sabrina pursued additional certifications in Marketing and Advertising. In July 2003, they obtained a Communications, Advertising and Marketing Certificate with a specialization in Market Research & Consumer Behaviour, earning a distinction. In January 2003, they also achieved a distinction in Direct Marketing & Sales Promotion as part of the same certificate program. Both certifications were affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
