Claudia U

Claudia U's work experience is as follows:

- From April 2019 onwards, Claudia worked as a Product Specialist for Unicity International. Claudia was responsible for overseeing all nutritional activities in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Claudia supported the company's sales targets by designing dynamic nutrition talks and successfully increased new customer sign-ups by 50% in Q2. Claudia also had a track record of successfully launching new products and consistently meeting sales targets.

- From November 2016 to September 2018, Claudia worked as a Manager at Sodexo. Claudia ensured daily sales targets were achieved and implemented strategies for commercial and sales success. Claudia also executed side initiatives to increase revenue, resulting in a 60% increase in lunch program participants in 2017 and a 40% increase in 2018. Claudia organized events, workshops, trade shows, and seminars with clients to promote new food selections and increase brand awareness. Prior to being a Manager, Claudia also worked as a Dietitian at Sodexo from September 2015 to October 2016, where they spearheaded a lunch program initiative and ensured the highest standard of HACCP was followed.

- From January 2012 to February 2013, Claudia worked as a Sales Executive at Beauty Style Sdn. Bhd. Claudia interacted with customers on a daily basis, built good rapport and relationships with them, educated them on product use and specifications, and customized product packages according to their needs.

Claudia U completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from the International Medical University. Claudia attended this university from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Claudia U has obtained certifications in Negotiation Skills and Storytelling and Influencing from Coursera. Claudia achieved these certifications in August 2020 and July 2020, respectively.
