Brian Pearce

Brian Pearce is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Unico Properties LLC since September 2002, Brian has held various leadership positions within the company, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, General Manager. Prior to Unico Properties, experience includes a role as Director of Business Development at Cypress Communications and serving as Real Estate Manager at CarSpa. Brian's career began at The Staubach Company, where time was spent as a Retail Real Estate Broker. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a focus on Architecture and Construction Management from The Catholic University of America, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
