Shannon Parsons

Shannon Parsons, CPA, currently serves as Property Accounting Manager at Unico Properties LLC since July 2019, and previously held the positions of Senior Portfolio Accountant and Portfolio Accountant. At Avenue5 Residential from March 2018 to July 2019, Shannon prepared monthly financial reporting packages for a portfolio of twelve residential properties, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Kirkwood Industries, Inc., where Shannon managed financial closing processes and account reconciliations, and working as Lead Hostess at Ivar's Inc., where skills in customer service and communication were developed. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Certificate in Intensive Analysis of Accounting Principles and Practices from the UW Foster School of Business.
