Our Head of People & Culture Victoria Horner is responsible for our people’s extraordinary career experience and the overarching culture at Unico. Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a successful career in human resources management at Pacific Brands and as a consultant. Victoria specialises in employee relations, talent management and engagement, organisational development, policy and coaching.

Victoria is passionate about helping our people achieve their performance and career goals and is well known for her approachable manner and for living the company DNA.

Work life balance is vitally important to Victoria and she can often be found dragon boat racing in the Docklands Harbour or walking her beloved four-legged human around the bay.
