Irem Karaoğlu began their work experience as an intern 3D artist at Nsocial VR / AR / AI in January 2019, where they worked until February 2020. In April 2016, they worked as a intern at Tomo mimarlık for three months. Prior to that, in September 2015, they also worked as an intern at Ka yapı for eight months. From April 2021 to March 2022, they held the position of Junior 3D Artist at Roof Games. irem then joined RoofStacks in April 2021 as a Mid 3D Artist and worked until May 2022. Currently, they work at Unico Studio as a Mid 3D Artist, starting in May 2022.

Irem Karaoğlu began their education in 2012 at Haydar Akçelik Vocational High School, where they studied interior design. irem completed their high school education in 2016. In the same year, they enrolled at Istanbul Aydin University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cartoon and Animation. Irem Karaoğlu's education at Istanbul Aydin University lasted from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they also had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus program at Kauno Kolegija, where they studied Design and Applied Arts for six months. In May 2018, they obtained the certification for "Forum of Ideas 2018" from Kauno Kolegija.
