Sofia Rolo

Sofia Rolo serves as the Head of Strategic Projects at Unicorn Factory Lisboa since October 2023, focusing on International Expansion, Partnerships, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Social Innovation. As the Founder of Life is a Mesh since January 2019, Sofia leads innovative initiatives and projects. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte, where notable achievements included implementing a customer loyalty program and overseeing commercial campaigns. At EY, Sofia worked as a Senior Advisory Consultant, developing sales channel strategies and transformation initiatives, while early experience included consulting roles at Lectra, Delta Cafes, and AXA Tech. Education includes an International Master of Science in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Licenciatura in Gestão from ISEG.
