Nikolina Gavric Jaros

Nikolina Gavric Jaros is an accomplished marketing and communications specialist with extensive experience in managing marketing strategies and campaigns. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Marketing and Communications at UniCredit Bank a.d. Banja Luka since July 2019, Nikolina previously held the role of Junior Specialist in the same department and worked as a Marketing Manager at OMNIA marketing and MANIA Advertising Agency. Additionally, Nikolina led a successful student campaign with the Self UP initiative, designed to support young entrepreneurs, and contributed to marketing efforts at Pressrs.ba and as an administrator and blogger for RIO priče sa putovanja. Nikolina's expertise also includes event coordination and fitness training. Nikolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, and furthered studies in Management and Marketing at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
