Christian Santiago is a Senior Software Engineer at HCL America, Inc. since August 2020, previously holding a role as a Developer. Prior experience includes serving as a Help Desk Operator at Marist College from May 2017 to May 2019, where Christian developed leadership and management skills by training new operators and creating training manuals. Christian also worked as a Software Developer at Hudson Valley Advisory, Inc. for a brief period in 2018, contributing to an expandable web application for field technicians. An internship at Grifols in 2016 involved learning hardware imaging and deployment, as well as configuring static and dynamic IP addressing. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Software Development from Marist College, obtained in 2019.
