Alexandra Nicola Golovatic

Alexandra Nicola Golovatic has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Alexandra Nicola started their career as an Administrative Assistant at KPMG Romania in 2005 before moving on to become a Human Resources Referent and Training Coordinator at the same company. In 2008, they joined Human Capital Solutions SRL as an HR/OD Consultant. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an HR Development Senior Professional at UniCredit Tiriac Bank. In 2013, they joined UniCredit Leasing Corporation IFN SA as an HR Learning & Development Senior Professional, where they were responsible for various tasks such as coordinating performance appraisal processes, organizing development and assessment centers, and managing training budgets. Alexandra Nicola then moved on to UniCredit Leasing Corporation IFN as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a People & Culture Strategic Partner for the COO division at UniCredit Bank Romania.

Alexandra Nicola Golovatic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea Ecologică din București in 2005. Alexandra Nicola then attended Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in "Managerial Communication Skills and Human Resources" in 2009. Prior to their university studies, they attended Liceul Dante Alighieri from 1994 to 1998, where they focused on Filologie. Alexandra also has a certification as an Evaluator of Professional Competence from Institutul Bancar Roman.
