Dorothea Caraman

Dorothea Caraman, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and banking programs. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at UniCredit Bank Romania since May 2019, Dorothea oversees the coordination of banking programs across functional groups and countries, ensuring effective communication on project milestones. Prior to this role, Dorothea was a Senior Project Manager at SIVECO Romania from 2007 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing European Commission and Council of Europe projects, establishing project charters, identifying risks, and coordinating stakeholder communications. Additional roles include Trainer in Operations and Site Leader, emphasizing user training and project implementation. Dorothea holds a PhD in International Business from the University of Bucharest and a Master's degree from David Ogilvy.
