Ashley Cooke

Ashley Cooke, SHRM-CP is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. since October 2020, Ashley previously held several roles at Tanger Outlets from March 2008 to October 2020, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee engagement. Earlier roles at Tanger included HR Generalist and HR Assistant, handling tasks related to recruitment, benefits administration, and labor law compliance. Ashley began the career as Office Manager at Benchmark Life Strategies and also served as Assistant to the Dean of Surgery at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Ashley holds a BA in Psychology from East Carolina University, earned in 2003.
