Bill Chambers has extensive experience in technical support and training within the service industry. At Unified Brands since March 2010, Bill developed a training program for a National Authorized Service initiative and provides technical support across North America and internationally. Prior to this role, Bill worked at Power Soak Systems, Inc. as Technical Support, where support was provided to the U.S. market. Bill's background also includes a role at Bizerba USA, where technical support and training were offered for retail scale systems, and assistance provided to the sales department. Bill began a career in technical services as an MRI Magnet Installer at Oxford Superconducting Technologies, focusing on installation and calibration of superconducting magnets. Bill holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from the Computer Processing Institute and graduated from Clifton Senior High School in 1977.
