Bandar Khalid F. al-Saud

Bandar Khalid F. Al-Saud serves as President & CEO of Unified Real Estate Development Company, overseeing the largest outdoor shopping center network in Saudi Arabia. In addition to this role, Bandar is an Executive Founding Partner at Unified Hospitality Company, which focuses on fine dining partnerships. As a Partner at Riyadh International Catering Corp., Bandar manages the McDonald's franchise in Saudi Arabia. Current engagements also include Board Member at the National Competitiveness Center, Executive Chairman of Unified Asset & Property Management, and Chairman of A’MAR Real Estate Development Association. Bandar was appointed to the Executive Committee of the National Real Estate Development Committee and the Chairman of the Fine Dining Advocacy Committee under Qoot. Additionally, Bandar leads the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation and holds the position of Executive Deputy Chairman at Unified Investment Company. Bandar graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
