Luan Carvalho

Luan Carvalho is a systems developer and chatbot interaction analyst with experience at Unifique Telecomunicações since August 2020, progressing from N1 to N2 positions in chatbot interaction analysis, focusing on automated service improvements and human-robot interaction analysis.
