Dayana Arias

Dayana Arias has a strong background in the telecommunications industry with a focus on routing, quality, and operations. Dayana started their career at Telintel in 2015, where they worked as an SMS NOC Engineer Level 1 and Level 2, troubleshooting technical cases and providing support for VoIP and SMS services. Dayana then moved on to Twilio, where they held the role of SNOC Engineer and later became a Team Lead SNOC, responsible for managing a team and ensuring network operations. In 2021, they joined Vonage as a Communications Engineer, specializing in SMS and voice. Currently, Dayana is working at Unifonic as a Senior Routing & Quality Advisor and will soon transition into the role of Routing & Quality Lead. Their experience includes managing SMS operations, routing, and supervising SMS traffic, as well as configuring and monitoring interconnections.

Dayana Arias attended Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería Electrónica in the field of Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica. In 2014, they also briefly studied at Universidad Católica San Pablo, focusing on Ingeniería Electrónica y de Telecomunicaciones in the field of Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones. As of 2023, they have obtained the WhatsApp Business Platform Foundational Technical Training certification from Meta.
