Angelica D.

Angelica D. has worked in the talent acquisition and recruitment space since 2010. In 2010, they began their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Consultant at Sitel. Angelica then moved to Concentrix in 2012, where they held three roles: Source and Screen Supervisor, Source and Screen Team Captain, and Source and Screen Strategist. In 2020, Angelica returned to Sitel as a Bilingual Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting for all campaigns in North America and Canada. In 2021, Angelica joined e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc. as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for recruiting Insurance sales agents for all of the USA, as well as for Nicaragua and Pakistan. Angelica also joined RocketPower as a Talent Sourcer and FPG (Forrest Performance Group) as a Virtual Assistant in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, Angelica joined Impress (Uniform Teeth) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they are responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing clinical staff and doctors for their current USA markets and new markets, as well as for sourcing and recruiting for corporate roles.

Angelica D. received their High School Diploma from Colegio Maria Auxiliadora between 1995 and 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Universidad Catolica Managua, Nicaragua. During this time, they also attended Ave Maria Language Institute to study English as a foreign language. In 2014, they obtained a Source and Screen Certification Program from CareerBuilder.com. Finally, in 2022, they received an EF Standard English Test from EF Standard English Test.
