Dustin Rens

Dustin Rens is a Quality Improvement Supervisor at Uniform Color since April 2023, leading a team to enhance manufacturing quality in custom color master batch production. Previously, Dustin served as a Quality Improvement Leader and Sr. Quality Engineering Supervisor at Honeywell from October 2018 to March 2023, overseeing Quality Management Systems for electromechanical sensors in the aerospace sector. Earlier roles include a Quality Engineer role where Dustin achieved significant cost savings and improved production processes, as well as a brief stint as a Data Analyst at KIK Custom Products. Prior to these positions, Dustin worked as a Photo/Media Technician at Meijer, providing customer service and maintaining photographic machinery. Dustin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Grand Rapids Community College.
