Christine Early

Christine Early possesses extensive experience in operations, human resources, and grant management within labor organizations. As the Director of Operations for the Uniformed Firefighters Association since March 2004, Christine oversees a staff of 30, managing various contractual bargaining units. Previously, Christine served as the Director of Human Resources at the UFA from 2010 to 2019, as well as holding the role of Grant Director and Program Manager, focusing on administrative responsibilities for state and federal grants. Earlier career highlights include positions at Columbia University in Off-Campus Housing Assistance and roles as an Advertising Assistant with the New York Daily News and US News & World Report. Christine earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and pursued labor relations studies at Cornell University.
