Previously, at Wayfair, Rusha oversaw the global supplier experience and guided product strategy while leading design research initiatives. Prior roles include shaping user experiences at Toast, Inc., co-founding EnergySage to connect consumers with solar installers, and serving as a design consultant for early-stage startups. Educational credentials include studies in User Experience Design & Strategy and Visual Design from reputable institutions, alongside a foundational degree in Art and Design from Mumbai University.
