Kavita Handa

Kavita Handa currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & People at UnifyCX, leading talent strategy and enhancing employee experience within a global workforce. Previously, Kavita held the position of Vice President of People Culture & Talent Acquisition at Probe CX, and prior to that, served as Recruitment Director at TaskUs, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate recruitment for the Southeast Asia region and acting as a strategic advisor to senior management. Additional experience includes senior-level recruitment roles at Teleperformance, Yum! Restaurants International, Vertex, and ABC Consultants, as well as volume recruitment at Siksha Training. Kavita holds an MBA in Human Resource from Apeejay School of Management.
