Melissa Newman has extensive experience in the HR and Benefits industry, starting as an Account Specialist at Unum and later serving as an Account Consultant. Melissa then moved on to Aon as a Senior Client Manager, before taking on the role of Performance Team Manager at Alight Solutions. Currently, Melissa is working as an EVS Product Architect at UnifyHR. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on client satisfaction and project management.
