Nishant Kaushik

Nishant Kaushik has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and security. Nishant is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Uniken Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Architect at ADP, where they led the design and architecture phase of a project to develop an agile, globally deployed, and privacy rules compliant identity platform. Nishant also served as an Advisor in Product Management, Security at CA Technologies.

Before joining CA Technologies, Nishant briefly worked as the CTO at SCUID and was responsible for directing the innovation and architecture of Identropy's IDaaS offering. Nishant also spearheaded a security architecture initiative that addressed market concerns and was incorporated into Identropy's SOC2 audit on the security principle.

Nishant's work experience also includes their tenure at Oracle Corporation as the Lead Strategist in Identity & Access Management and a Consulting Member of Technical Staff. At Oracle, they played a key role in defining the strategic direction of the division, with a focus on risk-based security, Fusion Applications integration, and cloud-based security and identity initiatives. Nishant also worked closely with high-profile customers to optimize implementation design and meet their deployment needs.

Furthermore, Nishant has experience at Thor Technologies, where they served as the Chief Architect and played a pivotal role in building the product architecture and technology strategy for Xellerate. Nishant'swork contributed to the company's success, leading to its acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Prior to Thor Technologies, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Snaz Commerce Solutions, where they led the development of their web application.

Nishant's early career includes roles such as an Associate at CIBC World Markets and a Software Engineer at Plumb Design Inc, where they started as a summer intern.

Nishant Kaushik obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from an undisclosed institution between 1997 and 1999.
