Marc Engel

Marc Engel was appointed Unilabs' Chairman of the Board of Directors in December 2022 and, in April 2023, stepped up as Unilabs Executive Chairman.

Marc’s last held role was as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Unilever, where he finished in April 2022 after a long and illustrious career spanning 30-plus years.

He is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of AP Moller Maersk, a member of the Board of Directors of ACT Commodities, a member of the Supervisory Board of IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative, and a member of the Executive Advisory Board of Zero.

Marc holds an MSc in Applied Physics from the University of Groningen.
