Jim Simpson

Jim Simpson has over two decades of experience in property management and project management within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Uniland Development Company since November 2018, Jim previously held the role of Project Manager/Estimator at Milherst Construction Inc from November 2015 to November 2018 and returned to Uniland Development Company in January 1999 as a Property Manager until November 2015. Jim's educational background includes BOMA, studies at Bryant & Stratton College, and a diploma from West Seneca East High School.
