Guntas Randhawa has over 14 years of experience at Unilever, currently serving as the India Head of the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements Division and Global Brand Director. Guntas leads the creation and global rollout of core innovation projects tailored to multiple regions, overseeing various aspects of project management, brand mix, and communication development. Previous roles include Brand Manager, where Guntas successfully developed campaigns and managed cross-functional networks, and Customer Development Manager for Modern Trade in Delhi NCR, achieving notable awards for growth and customer centricity. Guntas's career began at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Software Developer, focusing on project delivery and customer relationship management. Guntas holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a B.E. in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College.
