Katie Gregory-Bakharev

Katie Gregory-Bakharev is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager of R&D Operations & Technical Project Management at Unilever since November 2021. Prior to this role, Katie worked at PepsiCo in various positions, including Principal Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist in Global Beverage Innovation, with a tenure from September 2017 to November 2021. Katie's career at PepsiCo began in March 2011 as a Sr. Scientist in Global Beverages R&D and included early experience as a Scientist in Food Service Beverage R&D. Katie's career started at Grain Processing Corporation as an Associate Scientist in Research and Development from May 2008 to March 2011. Academically, Katie holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University, earned between 2012 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University, completed in 2008.
