Pascale Newcombe

Pascale Newcombe is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Strategy & Transactions for Europe at Unilever, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing portfolio strategy and corporate real estate matters across various asset classes. Prior to this role, Pascale was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield from December 2007 to April 2018, managing global portfolio strategies and transactions for key clients such as GE, Oracle, and Abbott. Additionally, Pascale held the role of Regional Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks for 18 months, focusing on portfolio strategy and transactions for Europe. Earlier experience includes working as a Surveyor at Atisreal from September 2004 to December 2007. Pascale holds an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in History & French from the University of Birmingham.
