Mike

Mike Ma is an experienced executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Executive President, General Manager, and CTO at 欣興電子 since May 2021. Previously, Mike held senior leadership roles such as President & Country Manager at 艾克爾國際科技股份有限公司 and Vice President at 矽品精密工業股份有限公司, where responsibilities included advanced packaging development and corporate IP management. With a strong background in technology management and market analysis from previous positions at UMC and WaferTech, Mike has led significant projects in IC packaging technology and process development. Mike holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
