John Rop

John Rop is an accomplished mortgage and loan servicing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking industry. Currently serving as the VP Director of Mortgage and Loan Servicing at Union Bank of Michigan since December 2022, John Rop previously held the positions of Vice President, Director of Home Mortgage, and Vice President Mortgage Sales Manager at the same institution. Prior to this, John Rop was Michigan Sales Manager at Coast One Mortgage from August 2020 to November 2022 and served as a Lending Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2006 to November 2019, where major achievements included recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as significantly improving customer satisfaction results within a three-year timeframe.
