Carmela Campbell

Carmela Campbell, AICP, currently serves as the Economic and Community Development Director for the City of Union City, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Carmela Campbell worked within the City of Union City's Planning Division as Planning Manager from February 2006 to July 2019. Academic credentials include a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from UC Berkeley's Rausser College of Natural Resources.
