Preston Smith

Preston Smith is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in club management. Currently serving as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at the Union Club of Cleveland since July 2022, Preston has previously held the position of General Manager at Shaker Heights Country Club from October 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, Preston was the Assistant General Manager at The Country Club from August 2016 to October 2018 and also worked as the Director of Dining Service at the Union Club of Cleveland from 2010 to January 2016. In addition to extensive practical experience, Preston holds a Master Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
