Stephanie Funderburke

Stephanie Funderburke has a diverse background in food service and nutrition management, currently serving as the School Nutrition Services Manager at Union County Public Schools since April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Location Manager at Aramark for a brief period in early 2020, and multiple positions at Famous Toastery from November 2017 to January 2020, where achievements included working as General Manager and Kitchen Manager. From October 2009 to October 2017, Stephanie held various leadership roles, including Operations General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, focusing on creating a safe environment and enhancing profitability. Additional experience at Chili's from June 2005 to October 2009 included serving as Regional Training Captain and other management positions. Education was completed at Harding University High School, earning a High School Diploma in 2004.
