Guillermo Plaza Arias has diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an intern at Hildebrand & Mariano Abogados. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant to the Director at the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica in Paris, where they were responsible for legal and administrative tasks related to Costa Rica's entry into the OECD. Guillermo also worked as a Santander CRUE-CEPYME intern at Maestranza Consultores in the same year.
In 2016, Guillermo joined the Union of Small Farmers and Ranchers (UPA) as an Assistant to the Office Manager. Guillermo'smain duties included representing Spanish farmers and ranchers to EU institutions, attending working groups on behalf of the Union of Small Farmers, and preparing analysis and summaries of these working groups.
Guillermo Plaza Arias pursued their education at various institutions. Starting from 2009 and lasting until 2015, they attended the University of Sevilla, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they enrolled at the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, completing a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on international affairs and external matters. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, Guillermo studied at the Universidad de Sevilla, where they pursued a Master's degree in European Studies with a specialization in international law and legal studies.
