Emily Salter

Emily Salter, Pharm.D., BCPS, is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist currently serving at ChristianaCare, Union Hospital since May 2018. With a robust background in pharmacy, Emily previously worked as a consultant pharmacist at PharMerica from January 2015 to December 2022 and as an Executive Team Lead Pharmacist at Target between October 2010 and January 2015. Emily's foundational experience includes an internship at CVS/Caremark and a compounding lab technician role at Stokes Pharmacy, where responsibilities encompassed compounding special order prescriptions and ensuring compliance with GMPs and USP standards. Emily earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, between 2004 and 2010.
