Cathy Welply

Cathy Welply currently serves as the Coordinator of Special Education for Union School District since July 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Coordinator of Special Education at Cupertino Union School District and Director of Special Education at Santa Clara Unified School District. Cathy's career in education began as a Speech and Language Pathologist at Santa Clara Unified School District, complemented by a brief position at Mountain View Whisman School District. Cathy holds two master's degrees from San Jose State University, one in Educational Leadership and Administration and another in Speech-Language Pathology.
