Rosa Chauvin

Rosa Chauvin has a solid background in human resources and has held various positions in different companies. Rosa started their career at Le Pain Quotidien as an Assistant General Manager before transitioning to a role in HR as a Human Resources and Payroll Assistant. At Le Pain Quotidien, they were responsible for onboarding new hires, verifying I-9 documentation, and handling HR inquiries. Rosa then moved on to work at SpaceNK as a Human Resources Generalist, where they oversaw HR functions for 175 staff members across 25 luxury beauty retail stores. In this role, they coordinated talent acquisition, administered benefits, and ensured up-to-date HRIS. After that, they joined BTIG as a Human Resources Generalist, providing daily HR support for over 600 employees. Rosa'sresponsibilities included updating HRIS, administering benefits, and generating reports for various teams. Rosa then joined Kapitus as a Human Resources Manager and later became a Human Resources Business Partner. Finally, they worked at Union Square Hospitality Group as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner before becoming the Human Resources Director at Union Square Events. Rosa'sexperience spans a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Rosa Chauvin completed their education with a Master of Human Resources Management and Development from New York University in 2016. In 2013, they earned a Professional Certificate in Human Capital Management from the same university. Earlier, they graduated from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Spanish Language.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. In 2023, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) designation from HRCI. In 2020, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Inc. Rosa also completed the Strategic Human Resources Leadership certification from eCornell in 2019, although the month of attainment is unspecified.
