Carl G. Daniel

Carl G. Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Carl G. is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Union Tech, where they oversee manufacturing capabilities and valve product development. Prior to this, they served as the CEO at First Filter Inc, focusing on sand control screen and pipe protection manufacturing.

Previously, Carl held various leadership positions at Forum Energy Technologies, including Sr. VP of Drilling & Process and Managing Director & VP of the Middle East & Africa. Carl G. led initiatives to grow revenues, implement safety programs, and develop manufacturing operations.

Before joining Forum Energy Technologies, Carl worked at Baker Hughes, a GE company, in roles such as Sr. Director of Manufacturing Projects, Sr. Director of Eastern Hemisphere Manufacturing & Global Screen Operations, and Director of Global Screen Operations.

Throughout their career, Carl demonstrated strong P&L responsibility, implemented process improvements, and achieved significant growth in revenues. Carl G. has expertise in supply chain management, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Additionally, they have a track record of successfully leading manufacturing operations and developing teams.

Carl G. Daniel holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's in Operations Management & Technology at Northeastern State University, from 1993 to 1998. In 2005, they received Executive Training in Organizational Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, in December 1993, Carl obtained certification as a Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ - World Headquarters.
