Nicole Smith is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in substance abuse recovery, outreach, and facility management. As the Founder of Illumination Foundation Pathways To Recovery and Facilities Manager at Next Step Recovery Housing since January 2022, Nicole has developed expertise in managing recovery programs. In addition, serving as a Reentry Coordinator with the Union County Sheriff’s Office further emphasizes Nicole's commitment to supporting individuals transitioning back into the community. Previous roles include Outreach Coordinator at the Medical Center of South Arkansas and Purchasing Agent at El Dorado Chemical Co, showcasing strong skills in communication and procurement. Nicole's educational background includes a degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from ASACB and a high school diploma from Parkers Chapel High School.
