Nikolay Alekseev has a diverse work experience in the field of market analysis and business development. Nikolay started their career at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Sales Representative and later became a Trade Marketing Supervisor. Nikolay then worked at SIBUR as an Expert and at Bayer HealthCare as a Trade Marketing Development Manager and Key Retail Area Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Market Analysis & Business Development at Unipharm, Inc. In this role, they manage a team of 9 employees, leads e-commerce projects, provides insights to directors and staff for better decision-making, measures the impact of commercial activities on sales, integrates market information into company plans, collaborates with end users for improved data management, and provides regular reports and analysis.
