Bryce Pearson

Bryce Pearson is a seasoned technical support professional currently serving as Sr. Supervisor of Technical Support and previously as Lead Technical Solutions Engineer at Uniphore since April 2022. Prior to this, Bryce held various positions at Xima Software from March 2018 to March 2022, including Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Bryce's career began at 1-800 CONTACTS as a B2B Associate from September 2016 to March 2018. In terms of education, Bryce obtained a Full Stack Development Certification in Computer Programming from Bottega University between March 2021 and January 2022, and has been pursuing studies at Salt Lake Community College since September 2016.
