Tiago Bento

Tiago Bento has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. In 2015, they began their career as an IT Advisor at KPMG Portugal. Tiago then moved to Banco Montepio in 2016, where they served as an IT Auditor. In 2019, they joined Skyline Communications, where they held the roles of Technical Account Manager, Operations Engineer, and System Developer. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Customer Success Manager at Witbe.

Tiago Bento obtained a Master's degree in Electrical, electronics and computer engineering from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa between 2009 and 2015. In 2009, they also obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2) from the University of Cambridge. In 2019, they obtained an ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation from Behaviour Group. In 2021, they obtained a CCNA - Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions from Cisco. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
