Joe Bland

Joe Bland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, finance, safety, and management. Currently serving as a Senior EHS Engineer at Unipres USA, Inc. since January 2022, Joe has also held various roles at Hamilton Machine Co., including Financial Analyst and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed purchasing and safety consulting. Joe's extensive experience includes over 38 years in the United States Army Reserve, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class while managing training and safety programs. Additionally, Joe contributed to safety initiatives as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Be Safe Safety Consulting and has a background in maintenance and safety leadership at Abbott Labs. Joe holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and a diploma from Brannell Business College.
