Nithish Manikandan

Nithish Manikandan is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with a diverse background in operations and project management. Currently, Nithish is part of the Founder's Office at Uniqode and serves as a community member at Ops Matters, facilitating discussions around operational practices. Previously, Nithish held roles such as Manager at ITC Limited, focusing on Industry 4.0 projects, and Assistant Manager under Training at GOAT Brand Labs, where valuable contributions were made in demand forecasting for multiple D2C brands. Nithish also gained experience through internships at renowned organizations, including Subex and RWTH Aachen University, and held leadership roles in student organizations, successfully securing sponsorships and enhancing engagement through strategic initiatives.
