Ian Ryder

Ian Ryder is currently the Head of Operations at Unique Sports Group, helping to shape the sports management agency. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Football Intermediary at 1st Sports Management and Football Integrity and Anti-corruption Manager at The Football Association, Ian brings a wealth of experience to their current position. Prior to their sports management roles, Ian also worked as a Serious and Complex Criminal Investigation Manager at the Metropolitan Police. Ian's career has been characterized by delivering results in mission critical environments and working with professionalism and accountability both as an individual contributor and manager.
