Santosh Salvi

Santosh Salvi is the CEO and Founder of UNIQUE System Skills LLC, overseeing operations in both the USA and India since August 2008. Under Santosh's leadership, the company has established direct client relationships across the retail, government, and technology sectors. Prior to this, Santosh served as an Oracle Staffing/Consulting/Training Vendor/Partner at C & S Grocers from 2010 to February 2021, providing IT staffing and offshore resources for various projects throughout North America. Santosh also worked at Verizon as a Peoplesoft Consultant from January 2008 to November 2011, contributing expertise in HR and NA Payroll applications, and served as a Principal Consultant at Fidelity Inc from 2003 to 2006, where Santosh designed and developed HR and Payroll applications for various companies. Santosh holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Master of Financial Management from the University of Mumbai.
